I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. This book was heavy on the important basics but there was a section on mindful kissing that blew my mind. I am recently retired with a lot of time on my hands and found that the part of the book was definitely worth the time and cost. Congratulations to the author D'Aotino. He really knows his stuff and his writing style made it easy to understand and start practicing the age old art of the Kiss... again.

This book should be given to everyone on their 16th birthday

Do you want to be told you're a great kisser? If you said "yes," then you'll definitely want to read this book. I got it free during a promotion here on Amazon, and was truly surprised by the depth and mature handling of the content. I learned a lot more about kissing, the history of it, which cultures do (and don't) kiss, and even some facts about how kissing affects us physically as well as emotionally. There are definitely techniques outlined, what to do, what not to do. The information is handled tactfully and without the typical "make her go wild" comments you usually see in books on this subject matter.
I'm not kidding about giving this book to everyone on their 16th birthday. It would save a lot of hurt feelings and self-doubt. There's nothing quite like having the confidence of knowing how to kiss, and that never changes whether you're 16 or 60. This is a book well worth reading for anyone who enjoys kissing and being kissed.

Good book especially for beginner kissers. Cleanly put but well explained. The exercise at the end would be worth it all.
